Congratulations! Same-Sex Marriage is now Legal in ALL states!
Rev. Lucie believes that "Love is LOVE," no matter the participants.
Her ceremonies focus on honoring a couple's direction and intentions for their Love, as all vows should.
Whether your group is large or small, Rev. Lucie includes everyone in a sacred circle of love & laughter, making your ceremony an even greater experience. She works with you as needed to find ceremonies you can work with to create your personal direction as a couple.
Rev. Lucie has been performing Spiritual Commitments long before the recent legalization of Same-sex marriage...
And yet we are so very excited the laws have changed to honor couples of every type!

Spiritual Commitments
There are times when a legal marriage is not desirable or possible. When this is the case, a Spiritual Commitment ceremony allows a couple to affirm their love for one another and gain the support of friends, family and God.
Although this is not a legally binding ceremony, the sacred quality of the exchange of vows is not lost. The ceremony allows couples to commit their lives and soul work to one another for a lifetime.
While many associate a spiritual commitment with LGBT, there is an increasing desire for this option within the senior population. According to a recent article in the AARP Bulletin (Oct. 2004), more older couples are choosing the Commitment Ceremony rather than getting legally married. Recent census statistics report that the number of unmarried couples age 65 and older has doubled in a decade.
